Terms & Conditions for Warranty Coverage
- Product warranty for Jimmy shall apply to manufacturing defects only.
- This warranty card must be completed and returned within14 days from the date of purchase.
- This warranty card is not transferable or replaceable.
- Product warranty does not apply to commercial usage.
- All accessories and consumable parts are not covered in the warranty unless stated.
- Warranty will be voided if the unit is using a nongenuine part from Jimmy.
- Product undergone repairs, modifications, or dismantled by unauthorized personnel will result in warranty to be voided.
- Warranty does not cover water Damage.

Main motor – 18 Months ( Jimmy JV53 )
Main motor – 2 years ( JV83 / H8 FLEX / H9 FLEX / H10 Pro / HW10 PRO )
Electric Brush – 1 year
Rechargeable Battery – 6 months
Other Electrical Components – 1 year.
No warranty for accessories and consumable parts such as brush, filter, crevice, dusting brush, dust case, power adaptor & etc.
